Returns Policy

We promise to refund any items that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition by post within 30 days of receipt, Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Currently customers have two options for making a return:

•    By Post: All items purchased on thestick.co.za can be posted back to us
•    Offices: Returns can be dropped of at our office at 140 Side Road West Turffontein, JHB South. Please arrange first by phoning our land line 011 680 6009
